Sorry, no pictures, but the recipe is super-easy, very healthy and it tastes great. I don't tend to measure, so guesstimate the ingredients below to your taste.

Enough whole wheat linguini for 3-4 people (spaghetti or angel hair pasta would also work)

Veggies! I used fresh spinach, portobello mushrooms, onions, peas, black olives and artichokes

4-5 cloves fresh or minced garlic

Olive oil

1/3 cup White Wine

Dash of lemon juice

Parmesan cheese, fresh or grated

Seasonings to taste

Cook pasta

While pasta is cooking, saute garlic, onions and mushrooms in pan, about 5-10 minutes

Add lemon juice, white wine, spinach, olives and peas and simmer until the spinach is wilted

Drain pasta and toss together with parmesan cheese.

Enjoy!

U can leave the fish in or out. I perfer In myself. Sorry grew up 1/2 Italian.

Low Cal and Good for Ya too. Very tasty! Mom puts Walnuts in it also! Also have a big glass of Vino to go with it. That's good for you too! (In Moderation)
