Chocolate cravings aren't necessarily a bad thing. Like all foods, chocolate in moderation is absolutely a part of a healthy diet. But if you find yourself craving chocolate in unhealthy amounts and/or frequency, maybe you should take a walk.

According to a new study, walking has been shown to reduce cravings for chocolate (and nicotine). The study included just 25 people, so its far from definitive, but its certainly worth a try!

Part of my Dr recommened Dr some Choc every day. I buy the Dark Choc Rasins and have a small amount every day to control Cholesterol. Switch it up with other types of Dark Choc when that gets boring.
